13 Realms is a year long journey of initiation TO YOU ELECTRIFIED AND ALIVE!
I'm talking burning the bullshit away-getting so real-going bolder-and doing something about it kind of way.
13 Realms has been on the precipice for some time, finally to reveal itself and is given as a pilot offering from Spirit to ALL of us. This is very much about your unique, individual path for the purpose of liberating you and your impact on the collective.
13 Realms is born out of being tired of the tired systems we are in, for the sake of creation of the new, ecstatic visions we hold--or will discover we hold. We are in relationship to everything that has a cycle and rhythm, and we will flow with these cycles so you can align yourself to your utmost truths, discover pathways you didn't know were possible, and land in your dear heart.
Every second, minute, hour, day, week, month, season, year, and lifetime has a cycle. Attuning to these multiple seasonal layers and using a blend of multiple modalities is going to help you break down inner barriers, create a beautiful relationship to your Self, and offer a more delicious way of living.
This isn't just some nice place to land and learn some cool things (although you will be taking away a lot!)--this is a place of true digging in-hands dirty-getting messy-getting real SO you can become more enlightened-connected-spirit led-light body bringer of your own unique magic. YOU.ARE.SO.NEEDED!
OK--HOW???
We begin by entering the earthy, stable and steady Taurus season that will lend some gorgeous grounded to our start. We end through the portal of fiery Aries to help you with final integration and a true new start next spring. And, in between, alllll the juicy nectar to fill the crevices within your dear heart!
The astrological seasons will be the riverbed and flavoring that will hold us, while all the other cycles mentioned below will be the flow that is moving us (how Piscean;).
Please note: You will need to know nothing about astrology, although if you do, what we will be moving through will only help you deepen your own relationship to YOU.
What we're ultimately doing here is talking about energy, and everything is energy.
GO ON...
There are 12 zodiac seasons, each about a month long, and we will tap into the energy of each zodiac season for you to somatically (EARTH) learn how you're relating to that specific energy, how to embody it more deeply and aligned that is right for YOUR system, and how by anchoring into this energy allows you to connect "up", or as my Hawaiian teachers say, "go vertical" (ETHER).
See...the zodiac tells an entire story. We can't have one zodiac energy without the others, and each zodiac builds upon the one(s) that come before it. We each absolutely hold the energy of each zodiac within.
It's how we each hold pleasure, action, love, bright ideas, servitude, grief, creation, connection, spirit, mystery, mastery, and so on. This falls in line with the flow of each season as well. We will then tap into the flow of each nature season, how it relates to the zodiac, and live seasonally.
13 REALMS is both an inquiry and a building of your inner structures. It might be time to bulldoze, excavate, create new spaces, or revamp some of your structures (we won't cast things away or leave any parts of you that need TLC--and we will begin to break them out of the cellar;).Working somatically will connect us to the emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual...and vice versa.
You can really think of this as both fiercely and lovingly redirecting lots of different types of energy within you to the places it's meant, and actually wants, to go. Make sense?
OK--WHAT ARE THESE MAGICAL 13 REALMS YOU SPEAK OF?
Ha! Glad you asked... as we move through the 12 zodiac seasons, they are each a different realm we will be swimming in. The 13th realm is the realm of integration, of ultimate spiritual energy to power us, of the Goddess point, and the number of moon cycles. 13 has a significant connection to breaking cycles and transformation...hence the alchemy process we will be engaging.
Through this, you will uncover and discover your role within as well as with out which will connect you to your own style of self leadership. Bringing this leadership to the table is an offering of adding to the plate of life itself.
TALKING ABOUT STRUCTURE!
We will meet LIVE EVERY 3RD THURSDAY EACH MONTH FROM 7-9PM EST! It is highly encouraged that everyone comes to the live time! Thursday is Jupiter ruled, which is the energy of expansion and abundance! Meeting the 3rd Thursday also puts us closest to the start of the next season we will flow into.
There will be other content offered via videos, written word, invitations to explore deeper in your own time, other special live meeting times, 1-1 office hours check ins, and a community connection sharing space. There will be some months where we will be hosting special teachers as they bring in their own expertise, and do we have a juicy line up for you!! They will share in our live Thursdays times, and some other specialized offerings through posting specific content for your viewing pleasure on your own time;)

Christabeth Ingold (she/her), Sagittarius Sun/Virgo Rising/Pisces Moon
Welcome sweet Soul!
My name is Christabeth Ingold and I’m a queer, white bodied healer, death priestess, and your main Alchemist Guide here- WOOT! The first thing to know about me is I carry a fire of BIG LOVE, and the second thing to know is I hold visions of possibilities for each of our incredible magnificence--including the now and future of our world. Birthing 13 REALMS is a medicine to unabashedly, wholly, powerfully, and boldly step more expansively into ourselves, and be both earth and spirit connected through this time of (r)evolution.
My Sagittarius sun may be a chill fire, and it also takes no shit from the systems that have kept us from our Truths and deepest desires. My sun sure loves to celebrate, and you will definitely have your own built-in cheerleader here! My Virgo rising brings the gentle, earthy groundedness that will focus on whatever is needing attention, as well as the healer that will hold you so tenderly. My Pisces moon is sweetly sensitive and in tune with what we need to swim in for the sake of feelin it to heal it (I know…and, true;).
I continue to have quite the 16+ year journey in my private holistic healing practice, Soulfully Nourishing, where at the core of me as a healer, I’m a fire lightning channel. Through Akashic Records readings and mentoring, astrology readings specializing in death charts, death care and Soul transition support through shamanic work, body work, and spirit communication, integrative holistic massage therapy specializing in Hawaiian lomilomi bodywork, and life coaching, these modalities invite you back HOME within to your heart and Soul connection.13 REALMS is a culmination, and beyond, of weaving these bodies of work together.
It is also such a high honor to be teaching Touch For End Of Life Care at Spirit Wellness Institute in Salem, MA in their beautiful, all encompassing energy medicine program (https://spiritwellnessinstitute.com/). I also offer massage therapy and Akashic readings in the Healing Arts department at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Lenox, MA (https://kripalu.org/). I mean, what a Sagittarian dream to be travelling across the state to such magical institutions!
I’m a huge proponent of engaging with all of our bodies (physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual) for the sake of healing, realigning, and clearing out what no longer serves. We each carry an incredible brilliance, and this is the space we get to co create to ignite this brilliance…to feel it, taste it, and live it.
I also very much take this work seriously, but I'm not a serious person.
Born in Switzerland and coming to the US as a wee one, I carry those lands in my bones and visit often. I currently reside on the land of the Nonotuck, Nipmuc, and Pocumtuc in Easthampton, MA with my amazing partner, sweet cats, and forest at my door. Leah Constantz (she/her)
Quarterly Herbal Support via Written Word, Aquarius Sun/Aquarius Moon/Scorpio Rising
Leah Constantz is a licensed mental health counselor and expressive arts therapist, and the owner of Sacred Sovereignty Counseling in Cambridge, MA. Throughout her time in solo practice, she has worked on weaving in holistic modalities including herbalism, energy work modalities and astrology. The aquarius in her loves to learn and keeps her heart beating to her own drum, while her scorpionic nature focuses on all things transformational and transmutational. Nature is her ultimate teacher. Leah loves to write about all that she learns.Leah completed her masters in mental health counseling and expressive arts at Lesley University. In 2018, she completed her clinical flower essences training with David Dalton of Delta Gardens as well as a Mary Magdalene priestess apprenticeship with Asha Ramakrishna of Asha is Now. Leah also completed a 12 month apprenticeship in bioregional herbalism with Steph Zabel of Flower Folk Herbs in 2019. Jennie Knott (she/her)

jennie (she) is a white bodied, queer-femme, radical-hearted, trauma-healing and liberation focused therapist, facilitator, and writer.
jennie moves through the world in neurodivergent ways, applying a deep capacity for empathy to her devotion for seeing the world through the lens of many senses and parts related to our physiological, emotional, cognitive and spiritual wholeness. She is deeply committed to embodiment practices that return her to her values that center all sentient beings’ collective and inherent right to safety, dignity, and belonging. At her core, jennie aims to show up in her work and life applying Rev angel Kyodo williams’ wisdom that, “without inner change, there can be no outer change, without collective change, no change matters.”
jennie earned her masters in clinical social work from Simmons College in Boston, MA and has been working within her independent license for thirteen years. Jennie’s extensive training and experience supports her in embodying principles from Harm Reduction Psychotherapy, Liberation Health, Internal Family Systems therapy and practices aligned with the clinical application of polyvagal theory from her work within a variety of settings and across intersectionality diverse communities.
jennie has lived in many places throughout her life both within the contiguous United States and abroad. She is currently living with the ocean and land of the Pawtucket peoples; land and ocean that raised her throughout her early developmental years, as well. jennie experiences the Atlantic ocean as an ancestor and often seeks guidance from the wisdom of water, moon cycles, tree, crow and deer- beloveds. She is currently reading The Quaking of America: an embodied Guide to Naviating our Nation’s Upheaval and Racial Recknoing by Resmaa Menakem and the Fantasy and Necessity of Solidarity by Sarah Schulman.
Anne-Marie Keppel (she/her)

Anne-Marie Keppel is an international speaker, two-time award-winning author and founder of Village Deathcare 501c3 whose inspiration and purpose is incorporating deathcare into community.
Of Irish Celtic and Finnish Sámi (indigenous Finno-Ugric) roots, she draws from her work as a death doula, nurse assistant, life-long meditator, Reiki Master Teacher and mother of three.

Chernise Spruell (she/her)

Leah has done something wicked cool here: she's taken the moon cycles of the spring to focus on, and has given us an herb to work with for each moon, an explanation of the moon cycle, and info on something called the Sabian symbol (she explains what that is;). There is also a beautiful ritual she offers to go with each moon cycle-gah so sweet!
